Q) Can I claim my universal 15 funded hours at Pebbles?
A) Yes, you can claim your 15 funded hours here, there are two different options on how you can claim the free hours.
1. 1 day and a half which is equal to 15 hours.
2. 3 mornings/afternoons of 5 hours each.
Q) Can I claim my additional 15 funded hours at Pebbles?
A) Yes, you can claim your additional 15 funded hours (30 hours) here, if you meet the government criteria and receive a 30 hour voucher code.
Funding is allocated per term, from the government and your child would be entitled to 30 hours per week per term, excluding school holiday weeks. We are unable to stretch funding to cover holiday periods.
Q) What do i do with my 30 hour voucher code?
A) Once you receive your voucher code, please keep it safe. You will be required to complete a Parental Declaration Form every term (provided by Pebbles) there is a section in the form where you provide us with your code. This code needs to be reconfirmed every 3 months, on the government portal. It is the parents responsibility to reconfirm every 3 months to ensure all details are correct. If the code isn’t reconfirmed, you WILL NOT receive the additional 15 funded hours for that term.
Q) Can my child come to Pebbles on a term Time only basis?
A) * Yes… If your child has funded hours they are able to attend term time only
* Yes.. if your child isn’t funded half fees will be charged during the school holidays to hold your child’s place.
Q)If my child attends Pebbles Term time only can I book extra sessions during the school holidays ?
A) Yes of course, as long as we have availability. Our daily session charges will apply.
Q) Do you offer two year old funding?
Yes, if your child is eligible then you can claim this funding from the start of term after your child’s 2nd birthday. To enable us to claim this, we require a copy of your confirmation letter.
Q) When can I claim my 15 funded hours for my 3 year old?
A) Your child is entitled to their funded hours, the term after their third birthday (January, April, September).
Q) When do I receive my invoice and when is the payment due?
A) You will receive your invoices around the 25th of every month and our payments are due the 1st of every month.
Q) Can I access policies and procedures?
A) Yes, they are located in the front foyer and they will also be emailed to you when your child first starts at Pebbles.
Q) Is there anywhere I can store my pram/car seats?
A) Yes, located in the front entrance is a pram store. We ask parents to fold down their prams where possible to create more space for other parents.
Q) Does Pebbles accept childcare vouchers?
Yes, we are registered with all major childcare voucher companies.
Q)How do I notify nursery that my child will be on holiday?
A) We ask parents to notify nursery by emailing email@example.com with confirmed dates. We offer half fees if 8 weeks notice is provided.
