Meet the Bumblebees team: Sally (Room Leader), Andrew and Carolyn
In then Bumblebee room we strive to develop communication and sharing skills. the children start to learn about numbers, colours and shapes throughout their play and registration time. The children also begin to learn their individual pictures to help identify their drinking bottles. We encourage the children to join in with activities and choose their own resources to use. The Bumblebee children start to develop their independence and build on their personalities. We also still enjoy lots of cuddles!
We offer a variety of activities and plan them around topics and the children’s interests. The Bumblebee children enjoy playing in our sand and water trays, dancing to music and messy activities. We have a variety of areas in the room, which they can explore, the fun is endless! We have the home corner, where children can develop their imaginations during role play. The children like reading stories in our cosy book corner. The children can also play in our construction area and with the cars, people and animals in our small world area.
